We are looking for an engaged business developer with a focus on process development and digitalization!

As a business developer at Skaraborg Hospital, you will have a rewarding and developing job in a large organization where you, together with managers and employees in the organization, make a difference and contribute to making healthcare for patients even safer and better!

The position as a business developer is located in the Development Unit, which is part of the Development and Patient Safety staff area. About 20 employees work here towards the goal of constantly improving quality and the patient’s experience of care.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will inspire and drive development work and projects that contribute to more efficient and safer care. This may involve introducing digital tools and providing methodological support in process work that makes it easier for the organization to achieve its goals. You will lead projects/investigations and provide support in operational planning and follow-up. The role also includes training managers and employees in process development and improvement knowledge. You will also act as an analysis leader during risk analyses to ensure that changes are implemented in a safe and sustainable manner.

Qualifications

Academic degree in healthcare or another relevant field. A background in healthcare is an advantage. Education in quality-driven business development or equivalent knowledge area.

It is advantageous if you have experience working as a business developer and have practical experience in driving and leading change work. It is desirable that you have worked with digital solutions related to improvement work and have an interest in how technology can create value in healthcare.

Personal Qualities

You have a strong commitment and a genuine interest in development issues and digitalization. You easily engage others, create participation, and drive change processes forward. You are structured and have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively while leading projects towards set goals.

Since the role involves many contacts with employees, managers, and sometimes patients and relatives, you need to have very good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
